          Everything that I have tried, has been very good but the football clam chowder is without the greatest.

          As a Wisconsin Badger fan brats and Bug Gingers (whiskey&ginger beers) are a way of life. I combined my two loves with my Big Ginger brats.

          Uncooked Brats (3-4)
          Jameson Whiskey
          Ginger Beer
          Onion
          Lemon
          Lime

          Slice onion into 1/2 in strips.
          Boil brats in a pot with 2 cans of ginger beer and 1/2 bottle of Jameson (chef’s choice) whiskey. You might need more ginger beer depending on how many brats you are cooking. Brats should be submerged. Add onion, 1 Tbsp lemon and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Cover with a lid on medium heat (low boil) until brats have turned white.

          Grill until outside is charred to your liking. Enjoy with a nice cold Big Ginger.
