OUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns of SKICKS merchandise purchased on-line at www.SKICKS.com are accepted. Returns of SKICKS products purchased at other on-line or store locations must be handled direct with that specific on-line or store location based on their specific Refund and Exchange policy. Exchanges can take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
Refunds for item(s) purchased at www.SKICKS.com will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. Items MUST be returned in the ORIGINAL box in order to qualify for a return or exchange. All footwear worn outdoors and / or used is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. We do not refund the original shipping costs however SKICKS covers the cost of sending back the sneakers with our pre-paid FREE shipping label that can be used with USPS or FEDEX.
